Energy Therapy as a Space for Healing

Over the years, I have gathered different bodies of knowledge, seemingly separate from one another: Chinese medicine, Shiatsu, channeling and connection to the higher soul, studies in shamanism, health coaching and consultation, guidance for women in midlife, work with emotional eating, Focusing, yoga teaching, meditation, and Buddhism.
In recent months, this has also included deep presence, surrender, and attentive listening to nature.
With time, I came to understand that this is not a collection of tools, but a single language.
Each of these paths teaches listening to the body, the psyche, consciousness, and the soul.
From this listening, an energy healing practice emerged for me: a living integration of everything I have studied and experienced.
This is a form of treatment that does not “do” something to a person.
It does not fix, push, or promise healing.
It is a treatment that creates space.
I create a space for healing.
What Is Healing?
Healing, in my view, is not necessarily the disappearance of a symptom, nor is it always a measurable medical outcome.
Healing is a deeper and wider process:
Getting to truly know ourselves, in depth
Developing a healthy, honest, and compassionate relationship with ourselves
Learning to live in peace with ourselves
Being fully present in life, and also in death
Agreeing to meet what is
Being grateful for the lessons we have come to learn here and now
At times, a person receives medical treatment, the symptom disappears, and the illness “passes”, yet deep healing has not taken place.
The body calms, but the soul has not met itself and has not gone through a process.
In other cases, a profound healing process of acceptance, understanding, and inner quiet occurs, even when the body does not heal in the medical sense.
And here, it is important to say something that is not always easy to hear: there is no direct connection between full healing and remaining alive here and now.
Some individuals heal and then progress to the next stage of their journey.
Others do not heal, and yet continue to live.
Healing is not a promise of life, and a cure is not a measure of meaning.
What Is the Role of Energy Healing Within All of This?
Energy healing allows for gentle listening to what is seeking balance.
It meets the person beyond the story, beyond the diagnosis, beyond what “needs to be fixed.”
It operates through frequency, rhythm, the nervous system, consciousness, and the inner wisdom already present within the body.
Energy healing also operates on the soul level, a level to which we do not always have direct access.
I do not heal people.
I do not take responsibility for their process.
I allow healing to occur, if and when it seeks to occur.
I accompany people in their healing processes.
Sometimes the healing is physical.
Sometimes it is emotional.
Sometimes it is conscious or perceptual.
And sometimes it is simply the agreement to be.
This is a treatment for those who are willing to meet themselves.
Not in order to “be okay,”
But in order to be whole.
